tranny bolts falling out!!!!

Hey everyone i seem to keep running into problems with the transmission in my 2010 lariat f-350 dually with 10k on it. I just had the torque converter replaced under warranty last week(took almost a month for the dealership to do) and today i go to drain the fuel pump like i do every month and while im doing this i noticed a bolt sitting on top of the tranny. Im like *** is this and now i notice that there seems to be oil collecting at the bottom of the tranny. I don't know where the bolt came but it cant be good. and another thing i notice on the trans cross bar is that before it was all the back on the slot, now its all the way forward on the cross member. Since i have got the truck back it does seem a little down on power and it still does the grinding noise on the downshifts but now @ 800 instead of 1100... Im goin back to the dealer tomorrow and ask ***.

I just want to know where the bolt came from, is about 4 inches long and says kxv 8.8. Also why the trans would be mounted all the way to the front when it was at the back before the warranty work.

thanks
