Tranny Doesn't Engage Immediately going into Reverse
My buddy and I both have 08' F350's. We both notice when snow plowing that there is a delay in going to reverse and sometimes it feels as though it doesn't "catch" the gear right away. anyone run into this?? both trucks have under 65k

Tranny reverse problem
Your reverse is going out due to your low gear is going out... The reverse uses the same gear for the engine break. This is a typical sign... I was hauling a car carrier coming down a hill engaged the engine break. The reverse starting taking longer to get into gear... a few seconds. The wrench came on and new trans.
