Truck shut down on highway after i changed tunes

2008 superduty driving about 65 mph and it felt like i dropped it down to first gear i pulled over and engine was running so when i pressed the acc pedal and it felt like the brakes were locked up it would try to move but nothing so i killed it and returned sct back to stock and back to performance and still done the same thing so i called a friend to pull me home i put it in n and he was smoking tires trying to move me so i tried putting it in 4x4 and it drove to his house pulled in his driveway and killed it restart it in 2wd drive and it backed up then put in back in n and it rolled back down the driveway put it back in reverse and no move in any gear or 4wd went back with trailer the next day with a trailer to take to the shop and it drove up on the trailer fine WHAT IS THE DEAL!!! anybody got anr ideas shop wont be able to look at it tillnext week and im going crazy trying to figure out what made it to that
