Uhhh is something going to explode

I just recently put on the H&S BlackMaxx and AFE stage 2 Si Intake along with 5 inch flo pro exhaust. Drove it around for about 2 weeks without any issues. I then drove up from florida to illinois which is about 900 miles and did most of the driving in the mild setting.

Ok so now that you have the background information here is what is happening. I put the truck into Hot Damn last night and womped on it and when it goes into 3rd gear I hear a grinding noise. I checked the transmission fluid and everything looks fine and smells fine. I did a couple WOT pulls just to see what its doing and it didn't get any better or any worse. Should I be worried? I didn't bring my stock exhaust so I can't even take it apart to go into the dealer to get it checked out.

Its a 2010 CC/SB Harley edition if that matters.

What pitch was the grinding? Can you repeat the sound? Record it if you can, so we can hear. Maybe it was just a carbon deposit in the turbo from all the crusing being burned/chewed. When was the trans filter last changed? Check and see if theres anything in the fluid like metal shavings, etc
