Smoked tranny

Took my truck to the dealer today, transmission was slipping, by 9 am they had the trans on the table, I'm good buddies with the head diesel tech at ford, , anyways he said the clutches were smoked, no friction material left and the steels were warped pretty bad too. Truck only has 12k mi, granted it's been Spartan tuned since day one. I only ran the 310 tune a handful of times at the track, mainly ran the 250 tune. So I don't really know what I did to tear it up so quick. Any ideas?
