Trans pan leak that I can't stop

I changed tranny fluid and it leaked, I have taken it off and on five times used different gaskets and last time put on a coat of permatex right stuff that bonds like mad. No leak, then a week later started coming from the rear of pan. Same place ever time as far as I can tell. If it was not level that permatex should have taken care of it.

I reused mine the last time and I am getting one tomorrow. Napa gave me a cork type, those are a joke.
