converter doesnt lock.. trans slips

throwing 2 check engine lights having to do with converter... trans slips.. converter doesnt lock anymore either... gotta go back stock and go into dealer.. is tranny fried or converter bad?

could just be a control solenoid. But if you're under warranty, take it in.
