removing the usless under seat thing.

Hey I went out to the truck to take that under seat fold out thing out and I took all the torxes bolts out and the deal felt like it was still being held on by something. Do you have to take the seat completly out or did I miss something. thanks

I removed mine a few months back but if i remember right you have to take 6 bolts out and undo the ones holding the seat down. Good Luck

05 and newer crew cabs rear seat folds up. there is this stupis metal tray that folds out so the back of the truck can be a complete flat area, but it also takes up all the room under the seat, and sits about 4" off the floor when unfolded

Removal:

there is a bolt under that stupid plastic cover on the drivers side. I took it out so my dog can sit on the floor there and not on my leather.
