Mounting a police scanner in the cab?

I just bought a police scanner for the truck. Dimesions are Size: 5-1/5"(W) x 6-15/16"(D) x 1-5/8"(H)

Was wondering anyones ideas on where to mount it. I already have a cb under the steering wheel and i would like this one kind of hidden. Any ideas?

If you don't mind drilling your cb you can mount it like I did.

I like it alot. I found all of the local fire departments, police signals etc. on the internet and loaded them in there so you can just listen to the channels you want. The only thing I want is to tie it into a bigger antenna. Right now Im just using that wire thing that came along.

Looks small enough to mount in the overhead console.

Good idea guys. But be very careful in some states its illegal to monitor police frequencies in a vehicle without a permit and a big fine comes with it.

I did it to the fuse box and grounded it on a bolt under the dash
