Those are exactly the same genres i listen to.
I just bought
2 Rockford amps. One for infinity compponent speakers and the other for subs. p400-4/p300-1
2 pioneer primere 10" shallow subs (mounted in individual custom boxes)
A line output converter (to enable integration to fatory head unit to keep steering controls)
and a 3 way crossover.
Im mounting it all under the rear seat all hidden away cleanly.

Do your reasearch well and choose quality products. I personally harassed the local sound shop for a week. Went with RF ams cause they are made here in the US.

be carefull, there is less room down there than there seems to be. I had to raise my amp placement to prevent it from sitting on the pointless tranny tunnel in the rear. I can't see why it is there. My OBS dosent even have one in the rear.
I may build a bigger box in the future though i just want to finsh what I have.

Just added a JL Audio 13tw5 slim line sub powered by JL Audio HD 750.1 amp.

Sounds great....

I'm running:

Alpine W200 head unit w/ H701
Focal 7KX mids and TN51 tweets
JL 450/4 powering the fronts
Focal 165CA rears
Phoenix Gold amp powering the rears
JL 13TW5 sub behind the seat
JL 500/1 powering the sub

Still dialing it in but it sounds great and hits hard.

Would you go with the same product if you were to do it again?
