Mine stay on all the time. (or at least the light stays on) I usually turn mine off after a couple minutes. I just take the edge off, but my wife likes to ride with them on all the time. She did say that they cycle on/off, but I think the light stays on the entire time.

Are your seats shutting completly off? I had a Jetta that would turn themselves off, but the wife's Liberty stays on till you shut them off.

Any ideas?

do an internet search ofr heated seat parts
there are places that sell parts for heated seat systems, many of which clain that they are oem suppliers maybe you can contact them and see if you can connect an other heated seat controller(power supply) in parallel and connect it to one of the extra outputs on your remote start, like the truck release and most of them can be programmed to be a latching output.
or they might be able to provide some guidance
