OK. I'm ready to order. Could you please PM your paypal payment information. I would like a black plastic one, felt lined with non-locking latches.

Thanks,

Adam

All,
Thanks to those of you who purchased one of my boxes...
Its been long 6 months since I started this project. I never intended for it to take this long
either. but now at last its 99% done. now just the last 1% ... keep it running.
I cant wait to hear your feedback. I've built about 20 of these to date (not including countless prototypes). Im sure as time progresses I can include things like installation instructions. better internal packaging, serial numbers etc.. Right now Im in the process of working on completing the website. Once complete I can plan a marketing attack. Then perhaps sell the business to someone eager to become a business owner ... this will free me up so I can pursue some of my other endeavors. Anyways THANKS AGAIN!!! to you all.

Mine should be here Thursday and I can't wait. We're moving this week so it will be a few weeks before I get a chance to put it in, but when I do I'll take pictures and do a write-up on it. I'm very excited!

Thanks again!

Adam

For those of you sporting a gun or guns. This unit will easily hold 2 full size shotguns.
or 1 full size shotgun w/scope.
I'll get some pics together and post.

After talking to Sam a few times about my 2008 F450 King Ranch, I ordered the top of the line box. I just got it today and it took longer to take out the scrap metal shelf than it did to install the box. It is a beautiful storage box inside and out and the fit and finish is absolutely professional. This is not a cheap one off unit.

If you get a chance, check out his web site for all his info.

Sam, I have been following this thread since inception....you have created a very nice quality product, the fit and finish looks exceptional. If you ever think about doing one for a 03 ext cab I'll be the first to buy. Keep up the great work!

Im sure to build on for some other application. if its the next one Ill make sure and keep you in mind.
right now though even though I've completed this one I still have to last 1%
to deal with. Quality control. Shipping keeping the costs down etc...
perhaps once it really gets going I can sell the business and go fishing for a change I need a break!
Thanks again for the compliments.

I decided i would want one of these storage boxes a couple weeks ago, so i talked with Sam to get a King Ranch version on one. He was very helpful but i did not like the color on the example pictures he had, so i ended up talking to him over the phone which was much easier to explain things. Come to find out, i was just being very picky LOL but after talking with him i understood that this was the easiest and economical way. Sam told me he would send me the two color choices that best match the king ranch leather. Upon revieving these i dicided which i liked better and which would complement the interior of the truck best. I informed him of which one i wanted, and i recieved an message instantly that he would send it as soon as i send the payment. i sent the payment friday i beleive and the package was with fedex monday morning. I was supposed to recieve it yesterday but i wasnt home so fedex came back today.

Sam was very helpful with this whole process and a pleasure doin business with.

Before i get to the pictures, i just want to say that i will forward these samples sam sent me if you are interested in them. They contain 2 1"x2" peices of the 2 different king ranch seat colors and 1 1"x2" piece of tan carpet he uses. First person to PM me that says they would like them and has address gets em.

right out of the box, but i took the clear plastic wrapping off of it

i just used 2 of the fasteners that came with the box to hold it in place and it is not goin anywhere

here are some pics of when i was done
those are Mossberg 835 ulti-mag 12ga 28" barrel shoguns

the shotguns were a little tricky to get in there but no problem once you figure it out, and they come out very easy. I think if had a 3rd shotgun i might be able to get it in there but they would all 3 be hitting each other goin down the road unless you put towels and clothes in between them

i already took the rack out last week and that took about 30 minutes..if that long

today installing this box took about 45 minutes but i was taking pics and on the phone sometimes, this prolly shouldnt take you an hour from very start to very finish, or maybe 6 or 8 beers
