I'm interested in this as well. The origional rack was in fact to provide storage space for heavier items that you don't want sliding around (not sure why you wouldn't put them in the back then, but ooh well). Ford actually has a "Cabelas" edition vehicle coming out this fall, I noticed that instead of the under seat rack, it has an under seat lockable storage box (put 'yer guns and stuff in it). I'd be interested in purchasing this as a standalone item..... anyone ever see it anywhere, or see one in person? Last edited by jbiersba : 10-14-2008 at 12:42 PM. |
