HVAC not venting to correct zone

What could cause this? I set it to vent out at the feet and it blows out the windshield vents. Even when I try both I barely get anything out of the foot zone.

Could the flaps that direct flow be stuck?

Any way to troubleshoot this?

I had the same problem....The blend doors are not opening or closing all the way. Warranty fix for me.

Vacuum leak is the culprit on the older trucks 90% of the time.
