I was just wondering how you get the plastic off of the dash around the radio? I have a different head unit and want to swap them out but don't want to break any clips.
Just did this on my 08. You have to snap out the two bottom pieces with a screwdriver. There is an 8mm? bolt on both sides holding the bottom on. After that, pry from the bottom. Mine felt like it was going to break, but it never did. Just be sure you are grabbing as close to the clips as possible.
no, the cig lighter and the aux power outlet. use a small blade to pry a corner up and they will pop out. like the other guy said, there are two 8mm socketed bolts to remove and once those are off, you should be able to pry the panel off. becareful as there are still connections made to the panel.
hope this helps
