Harbor Freight has one you plug in your cigarette lighter for less than $20.00. It has a little fan, also any good Jeep accessory stores have the same thing available.

A 650 watt will run around $200. I don't think the little ones can be taken serious.

Here's one from Quadratech, where I live in So Cal I have seen these and they help. I don't know about extreme cold like 60 degrees.
