Recon Dome Lights

I will try but all 3 were in the wrong way? What are the chances of that? But I will try tomorrow. Maybe its something with the 08s. It looks like the bulbs are different. They have a hoop like bar that runs across the top of the lights rather than the normal pointed cap type...

I have them. I like the looks. I had a little trouble getting my map lights to work. I had to bend the contacts on the ends in so they would cantact the new bulbs better.

I was looking into purchasing a set! I was thinking about trying to make some and then about 4 months later I saw this... Recon is on the ball

Well I tried to install them again and sure enough...they all worked when I flipped the around. What are the chances that all 3 were in backwards! Good thing I didnt play the lottery!

So far from Recon I have:

Smoked Cab Lights
Smoked Side Turn Signals
Smoked 3rd Tail Light
Interior LEDs (on one of the two domes...)

I dont think I am doing the light bars or the sills...not sure about the tail lights...if so at a later date. I am hoping Recon sends me the other set of interior dome lights. Next I wanna focus on the AVIC Z2!

Actually after looking at the bed light kit...it looks kinda cool. How do you hook it up? Does it come on automatically or with a switch?

Well I talked to the guy at Recon and he said he would send me another set so for him doing so I ordered a set of the bed light kit for the box. But that was 3 weeks ago!!!!
