2008 6.4l XL Analog to Digital Climate Control Conversion

Is this possible? That is to say, is it a plug-and-play swap to add digital climate controls to a 2008 F250 XL?

Programming the GEM module and/or ECU is no problem; I have a Ford Rotunda VCM.

I think there is a sensor that bolts to the air box behind your glove box that senses fanspeed, that will need to be swapped out. I know I saw a thread somewhere that involved a conversion such as yours
