Black Interior available?

Hi guys,

Well, Ive had my SD Lariat on order since November 1st and I was on the ford website Monday night and I was building my truck again ( Bored at work ) and I noticed that the Black interior was available in the Lariat. It doesnt show it on the main SD page but when you build your truck you can choose it. I dont know if it was an error or if it is actually available so I contacted my dealer and had him change the order. I havent heard back from him yet but he is supposed to give me confirmation as soon as he changes the order. Just thought I would pass this on in case anyone else is interested in black.

That's an awesome fact... did you option it in? Sometimes they show things, but it will have a little cause symbol or someting because you'd need to have the FX4 package or things like that to use the option.

i'd love to pick up an 08 lariat with the black interior. Just gotta know I'll be pushing low 13s with it like I am now... without that- no sign

Looks like you have an XLT like me though. that's why I asked. The FX4 comes with these things... just wondering. I'm building one to find out now- back in 5

I ordered a CC LARAIAT W/ THE 4X4 package. When you go to the Build Your Superduty" I just chose Lariat, CC, 4x4, then when you pick the color I chose black and it shows Beige, Grey & Black as interior colors. Im really not sure if its just a database error or not but I did contact my dealer and tell him to ammend the order. Ill let you know as soon as I get confirmation from him. Being its Thanksgiving I probably wont hear anything until Monday tho.

I really hope so. I told my dealer if they cant I will cancel the order and start over. Although that is my last resort. I really wanted the interior from the FX4 but I like the options in the Lariat that arent available in the FX4. I really hate having to settle. Im glad to see that they are going to offer it. As long as its not a web error. Because I dont see it anywhere on the main SD page. Ill keep you up to date tho.
