Anyone know how to remove the Lumbar knob on seats?

I have an 08 F450 and am trying to get the lumbar knob off and cat really get in there to see how it's released. Any help would be appreciated.

Got it, anyone searching this topic if they get stuck you just really have to pull wayyyy harder than you want to and it comes straight off. A little prying from behind the knob couldn't hurt either I imagine.

exactly how i did mine. i used a little force from the back and pulled from the front.
