Buzzing sound?

I have a buzzing sound coming from inside the dash seems to be from the pass airbag area. It only does it at around 1500 rpm. Gets very annoying, anyone else having this problem? I've pounded on the dash but can't seem to find it or make it stop. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Most likely your blender door actuator needs replaced. Sounds like a typewriter under ur dash? Hope this helps.

Not a typewriter but more of a higher pitched metal humming sound. Where and what is the blender door?

Where--behind your dash near the AC CM. What--controls the blend of hot/cold air for your auto temp module.

I have a high frequency whine that sounds like its coming from under the dash on the drivers side when its windy out and im going above 40mph but it doesnt always happen. Its incredibly annoying. I figure the wind is creating it somehow because there is no cabin filter to act as a buffer from outside air.

I had that same noise adn thought it was coming from the dash. Come to find out it's the front passenger side door handle vibrating. Sounds crazy, but try holding it next time and see if it stops.

Is there a easy fix to stop it?

I had the same issue. Only happened at freeway speeds. It was the seal around my windshield. Ford pulled the windshield and added a new seal. No more noise. Repair was done 6 months ago.
