Shoulder Harness

Can the front shoulder harness be adjusted? Mine, once I'm buckled in, will not let me lean forward at all. Makes it difficult to see to the left in certain circumstances. Once it catches, there is no little bit of extra play. I've actually had to take it off a couple of times in order to pull out into traffic safely. Don't need it real loose, just a little more play.

It sounds like you have a problem with the retractor. Ii should not lock unless you have a sudden stop. Take it to the dealer and have it checked.
