Cb mount

Where have people put there cbs on a 2010 king ranch with the navigation screen? Trying to to drill holes either.

Many have wondered the same thing, (me included,) if you search for "CB" only in the 6.4 Electronics forum there are like 10 threads about this on page 1 of the search. I think Ryan Ronning has a super long thread somewhere about it too. (his thread is like 20 pages,) but there are tons of posts and pics of how everyone mounted and wired their radios. Jsut a heads up. I just did this same search and read about it for an hour so i figured i'd pass the info along to you! Good luck

Just got done installing mine. removed teh cup holders in teh dash and made a DIN mount to hold the radio. I looked for several places to mount, did nto want to mount infront of the cup holders, roof mount I could not read /see the dials, and on top of the dash was never a consideration.

I'll post some pictures tonight.

I mounted my Cobra 29 on top of the dash in the cavity above the radio. Just used double stick tape to hold it down. Ran mic wire up to mirror then hung mic from a gear grabber (retractable holder)
