can someone tell me what this is?

i cant for the life of me figure out what the bottom left option on the light switch is for it never seems to do anything, unlike our fog light option turns orange when the fogs are on can someone please help me out thanks

Daytime running lights, perhaps. It may be an option you don't have.

Fog light symbol. The arrow indicates that you have to pull it towards you in order to activate them.

the fog light symbol is higher and is illuminated orange when they come on this one doesn't do anything at all that i can see so far

According to this site it certainly refers to fog lights. That arrow is what has my attention. I wonder if it is just a symbol to tell you how to turn them on. The arrow meaning to pull the knob towards you.
