Yeah I've got Sirius. It will display the station name, artist, or song. It could definatly be a better display, but it will show you the info. you want.

I have the Sirius and on the side of the dispaly you have a button that turns on the Sirius and the plug in for the Ipod (Input button). When you push this you can change it from Sirius 1-3 and the external plug.
While listening to the Sirius you can push another button to display the band, song, and title. This only shows for a brief moment then goes back to the regular display.

Thanks a bunch. That what I was looking for.

Hopefully the truck should be here in another month or so. I am thinking based on the dealing info I got last week it should be here around the 14th of November. Lets all keep our fingers crossed.

I ordered the Audiophile system with integrated Sirius radio and am very happy with the end result. Audio quality is excellent the the Sirius reception/quality is much better that the stand alone Sirius sytem that transmits through an FM tuner that is in my wife's car. The Sirius display is small and can't be manipulated via the steering wheel (I don't have the navigation system) but it's only a small setback since you can program 18 preset stations. The subwoofer does plug into the wiring harness behind the back seat and produces excellent bass.

The delivery of my truck was delayed almost two weeks because Ford is in a backorder status for the Sirius radio. I've had my F250 Crew Cab FX4 for three weeks now and couldn't be happier.

That's what set my truck back two weeks too. So far according to the dealer, my truck goes into production next week. I can't wait.

When you say you can't control the Sirius from the steering wheel, what do you mean? Can't change the station, preset or otherwise? How about mode, like change from CD to Satelite?

Do you have any pictures of your rig posted anywhere?

You can switch from Sirius to CD to MP3 to Radio via the steering wheel controls but you have to stretch to the radio's controls to change the Sirius display (station to band to song). You can flip through the preset stations via the steering wheel also but you need to stretch to set a non-preset station (like when they're playing an Eagles game).

No picture yet since I just found this forum while out of town. I'll post some soon. She's an FX4 Crew Cab, blue with black leather. Only upgrade so far is the window tint.

Another note on the Sirius Radio is that if you have a cabover camper, the Sirius is rendered useless. I discovered this on my maiden voyage with the camper.

The harness sounds like its for the factory sub. I removed mine and I disconnected the harness from there.
