SUB mount situation with power sliding window

I need a fast response on how to put a sub box behind the seat of an 09 f250 with the power sliding window???? any help? The store im getting everything put in says i need to take the two seater tray out in order to make it work.

Please answer fast.

I took mine out but that was so I could mount my amp under there witch I may change around. And I bought a jl slim sub and made my own box behind rear seat driver side
