Mini Max Mounting Options?

I'm planning on ordering the mini max and would like to see where you guys are mounting. I think I saw where someone had mounted inside the fold down cupholder. Im just not a fan of electronics in sight. Pics please!!!

Heres a bump! TTT I just have mine on the suction cup mount for now by the pillar

I just ordered mine today. I saw a pic of a guy that mounted it on the little ledge in front of the tach. It hardly obstructed any of the tach. That is where I plan to mount mine.

The only cupholder mount that I have seen was for the Spartan. If you don't like the electonics in sight (where you can't monitor the guges on it anyways), why don't you just unplug it after the tune is loaded and throw it in the center console?

Well...here is my Black Maxx mount that can also be used for the Mini Maxx with their pod adapter. I tried to color match the silver and have been thinking of fiberglassing it all in. The Mini Maxx is removable like my Black Maxx and I never leave it in my truck unless I am in it.

I also plan on ordering the Mini Maxx in the next couple of months. I don't have the upfitter switches and there is a useless coin holder in their place. I was hoping to figure out a way to mount it there.

What are those manual guages you have there? Look like a perfect match to the fx4 guage cluster. I was wanting to run something like that, do you recommend them or should i just stick to a programmer to monitor guages?

I ended up breaking the suction cup accidentally when I first got my stuff. I modified it a bit and this is what I came up with. Works fine for me.








I do have the mount like Nathan's but just to lazy to put it on lol.

They are Isspro EV2 with chrome bezels. They work good. I installed them prior to buying the Mini Maxx. If I would have purchased the Mini Maxx first I would not have installed the analog gauges, but I had them and I like the look of them.

OK, I installed the Mini today. Here is where I put it. You can actually set it further back into the guage cluster, but I was concerned that it would be too hard to hit the left buttons that way.

BTW, the reason I mounted it here was so that it was less noticable to thieves that might think it is a GPS unit or something.
