Keypad Code

I just bought a 08 F250 crew cab king ranch they didn't have the keypad code I went to the ford dealer. And the said they was going to charge me 40 bucks to get the code I talk to a guy in parts and he told me that there is a box up under the dash with 5 numbers on it and that will be the code I've been upside down under and can't find it any help would be great

Did you check to see if it is with the owners manual. It is on a card with the manual. I am sure you checked but you didnt say.

I too have same issue... just purchased an 09 lariat. I think I might have the card as I have all (most I believe) original manuals and paperwork. What dies the card look like there are two with 5 didgit numbers?

Is there a link to the reset / setup process that may be more friendly than the manual?
