pulling my headliner...how hard is it?

my sunroof broke...bought a kit from sunroof doctor but need to pull headliner and sunroof off...how big of a job is it?

very easy. few common tools (except the torx sockets) but otherwise any one who has a little common sense can do it. Just remember the headliner once down exits the right front door. Best Luck!

Do your best not to let it fold at all, it will leave a permanent crease in the liner. Ford's procedure is to remove the rear window and take it out the back. I took an '06 crew cab liner out the front right door, but couldn't do it without causing one crease at a corner.

Yes, you are right removing the window is the easiest (perhaps)
But I can tell you straight away. No upholstery shop will go to that length.
Not because it is in anyway wrong. but due to the fact with a little care (emphasis on the "CARE")
it can be done thru the door.

But If $$ was not a cost. Heck I would not be concerned with it as I would be
sitting in H00ters enjoying my b33rs. While Ford was doing the work!
