Power Mirrors and dome light wont work

Just bought an 08 F350 CC LB SRW
The issues other than being stock. Is the power mirrors wont work, outside indicators work, not sure if the defrost works(is there a light on the mirror that lights up?) and the dome lights that should operate when i open the doors dont work. But the map lights work. I'm currently in sacramento and would like to drive the truck back to LA with these things working, can anyone help me out?

I know this post is a little old and you have probably already figured it out but in case anybody else looks at this I will add my experience. I had the exact same thing happen to my truck. Turns out there is a fuse (#12 I think) that was blown...thats all it was.

Were your power mirrors not adjusting the mirror or not folding the mirror or both??? I have a driver side mirror which wont power fold but the right one does.

To be honest this happened to me over a year ago and I am not sure. However I think that the mirror did not work at all. No adjustment, no fold, no telescope nothing.

The thing that had me scratching my head was the way the dome/map lights worked. Again its been awhile so I might get the details wrong but essentially, the lights would work when the door was opened or when you turned them on via the dash light intensity switch but would not work when you tried to turn them on by pressing the lens itself.

Away as I say it turned out to be a fuse...sounds like you have a different issue though since one mirror works and the other does not...might be a bad mirror or simply a connector has come loose.
