Had moonroof replaced under warranty...OMG

So I guess you have to remove the headliner and rear window to replace the track for the power moonroof.

OMG what a hack job on the rear window. Silicone everywhere, clips missing from the rear interior carpeting

If anyone has a chance can you take a closeup of drivers side interior carpeting right where the wire comes in for the rear slider. I may have to make some adjustments.

Frustrating.

Take that back. Especially if you took it to a dealership and got it back like that.

Thank you for the picture. I am considering taking it back if I can't clean it up a little further.

remember there is nothing wrong with politely and calmly returning anything with a logical explanation of why the work is unexceptable to you. but you should return in a reasonable amount of time with the complaint. lots of luck
