upliffter switches
has anyone added just the switch panel and took out the vent? can do my own relays an wiring. cost? thanks.

You can get the whole kit on ebay for $150 or check with your dealer, they may beable to beat that price, I know mine was able to. Im in the process of adding them to my truck. I dont have a vent though, I had the dinky coin holder thing there.

Im new here but my truck came with the switches and I have wondered what they are for? They dont seem to be functional.

Thomas21, you can wire anything you want into those switches such as extra fog lights, high idle, gps, radar detector...ect. Anything that can be hardwired can be put on one of those switches if you want. From the factory they are installed, but all the wires you need to tie into to use the switches are under your hood/dash.

so u can install them in ur truck if u dont have them cause i was wondering about this cause i have that little coin thing there and i want the switches

Yes you can add them, I put the part numbers needed in the electronics section I think check it out.
