Bench seat-need some kinda console/any advice

I just have a plain ol bench seat and I really miss my center console, i liked it as an arm rest, cup holder, and organizer. I have seen a few things that you can sit on the bench itself but most look pretty cheap, anyone have any advice or used a certain type of aftermarket console, thanks for any help guys

There are usually some center consoles on ebay. Why not just replace it

I thought of that but its a lil too expensive, you either have to find some 08 or newer seats or have some brackets fabed for the older ones, both options are just too much money right now

Im taking it with what you hav esaid you must have a one piece bench seat? I didnt know they even offered that in the 08s. I thought all the trucks had 40-20-40 seats. If you had that setup then you could just buy a console on ebay, Ive bought 3 of them for about 120-130 each time, jsut make sure you get the brackets, I learned the hard way on the first one and they are expensive from ford.

Yeah, I'm a little pissed when I bought my console off ebay, that it didn't come with the brackets. That and I probably overpaid for the console as well. What do those brackets run? the seat bottom bracket is not the same, I take it?
