Pulling Door panel off of F250 07 or newer

before I bought this 08 f250 I had an 05. The 05 door panel was pretty simple to pull off. Just unscrew a couple of screws and pull up. Well on my 08 f250 XL i cant seem to get it off. I have tried pulling up so hard that i think if i pull any harder I think ill break something. Am i missing something, any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah I removed the screws, I was pretty frustrated bc I took it by the berge ford body shop and the guy that came to look at my truck said he couldnt figure it out because his truck was an xlt model and everyone else had gone to lunch. I thought that was a lame excuse.

There are 4 total screws. Two right under the handle behind a little cover that pops off. Then two more at the very bottom. Dont forget you have to pull the black piece off at the upper corner.
