how to remove overhead console??

trying to get the over head console pocket (with sunglass holder) down, am thinking of mounting CB Radio inside of it, if it will hold it up to the roof without falling on my grape

anyone know what holds it in place? at a few seconds glance i was unable to find ANY screws/bolts holding it up....

Sounds like it "just broke" when you pull down and the clips come loose.
