Blowing a little blue smoke and jerking under load..?

I pull about 24k lbs everyday. Yesterday I turned at a stop sign and immediately had to climb a decent hill, started blowing blue smoke out exhaust and truck was jerking/lunging real bad till I stepped in the pedal a little harder. Did it again today.. Be honest.. How bad is it? Injectors or what..?

Is it a constant blue smoke or in regen, dpf deleted or no?

Constant only while its under a load going up a hill or something. Only does it from a stop to uphill. Not if I'm already cruising and go up a hill. When its under heavy load.. Jerks and struggles and blows blue smoke. Not DPF deleted, and didn't do it during regen

Could be a number of things. Bad DPF, bad fuel EGR, underfueling on an injector. Any codes or anything?

I hope it's just a case of bad fuel. Do you run any fuel additives? Also, how cold is it where you are?

Ah, gotcha on that one. That's what I run as well. I'd ride it out to see if it is just bad fuel.
