My vote would be Sinister........and to answer your second question IMO..........
This is the #1 reason why I did the deletes. I want my motor to last a long time! There was a great post a while back with video of why the 6.4 deletes are the best option for these trucks.
My #2 reason was fuel economy.
And #3 It turned my once tame 6.4 into a MONSTER. I had no idea how much power there was to be unleashed!
