08 F450 Turbos and now Sludge in engine

First in Nov 2013, the turbos went out. Dealer said bolt came off and went through turbos. Cost-$6000. During this turbo change the dealer also replaced front crank seal, thermostat, A/c drive belt, CAC Cooler, EGR Temp Sensor #2, washer nozzles stating these also needed to be done. Now, (April 1st, 2014), turbos again go out... Now the dealer shows Sludge in the engine and says not worth fixing without me ordering a new engine. (no warranty on engine) won't warranty turbos d/t sludge. Tech says didn't "notice" any sludge when changed the turbos 5 months ago. Reg maintenance done via myself (oil changes etc). I am anal about using correct fluids and maintenance. Dealer says Sludge has to be from poor maintenance. Really? Something happened from the time they had it the first time till this now. I Don't know What!
All I know is I'm out $6000 on turbos and now have a sludged engine.
ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO? I HAVE TO HAVE MY TRUCK FOR WORK!
