sudden loss of boost

Hey guys well I'm kinda stuck here. 2008 f250 cc fx4 6.4l 300k miles. Went to Oklahoma this past weekend and on my way back I noticed I couldn't climb past 20psi boost. I usually hit around 25 to 29.
I already checked all turbo piping and didn't see any cracks but I do hear a faint whistle at idle.

Only mods are intake and fully deleted with a dpf-r 4.0 stock tune

Any thoughts be for I head to dealer

Two common things are up pipe and loose bolt on an exhaust manifold. Check the bellows of the up pipes and the firewall for soot. Also check your intercooler boots. Maybe one is leaking

Om so I found my leak. My drivers side rear exhaust manifold bolt broke. It is still sticking out very far. Just the head of it broke off so I should be able to get vice grips or weld a nut on it easily

How hard is it to remove the manifod. Any tips or tricks to it

I have never messed with one before but I hear its a PITA with the cab on. When my cab came off I also had a broken exhaust manifold bolt. Good luck
