Engine drops power At WOT

Hey guys. Have had my Spartan tuner on for some time now with no issues. I hardly ever get into WOT. Today I put the hammer down doing about 20mph, the truck sputtered a little so I let off. Then I watched the gauges and hit WOT again, almost immediately when the boost was about 40psi I lost power and the boost dropped. It felt like I took my foot off the pedal. Tried it a few times. Same thing. No alerts on the Spartan and no check engine light. Any ideas. It runs good other than at WOT. I'm running the Spartan 275 with aEd intake, 4" down pipe, DPF and CAT delete and stock after that.

Ok so I finally had time to log a run to check frp and I blow the cold side intake pipe off. It scared the F out of me. Load pop and black smoke was all I could see. I'll wait to do that again after a pipe and rubber upgrade
