Ebp? Overboost. Now engine click/knock

Coming home from work about a week ago engine came on P2263 boost was high and I had no power. Cleaned the EBP took the truck down the road didn't make it 1/8th of a mile intercooler pipes blew and engine is now making noise. I wasn't gettin on the go pedal but maybe 30%.

I pulled the oil pan. No sign of any damage.

I pulled connecting rod caps and checked the bearings. I did have some noticeable wear. No signs of damage to crank or rods themselves.

So I went ahead and replace the the rod bearings with a set from Ford. Not bad ($65)

Finished the truck up today. Fired it back up with the exact same noise.

I meant to add it has mini max, full delete, 5" straight pipe, airaid intake. The tunes are mild. I usually keep it on "tow".

I had an excessive boost problem once that involved too much fun, and stock valve valvetrain. I ended up bending a couple of rocker arms. It was popping out the intake on every other revolution. I don't know if that is the kind of noise you are describing.
