The check engine light does not come on until the first time you cycle the key off and re-start it, then it logs same code every time, P0206, electrical fault #6 injector. When the injector fails, it is very obvious. You get a terrible engine vibration, especially in overdrive, and it will only turn 2250rpm's even before the check engine light is on.

Well, it's been two months since the #6 injector was replaced again, and this time they replaced the harness also. It has run over 1000 miles now without any issues, so I think they've got it this time
. The tech showed me where the connector was not tight on one of the injector terminals. He was pretty sure that was the issue, and it appears he was right.
