Engine has a slight miss every 10 seconds or so.

I finally have all my dpf delete stuff on a loaded up my Eco tune on my truck one thing I am noticing that when idleing the truck with have a very slight but noticeable miss every 10 or so seconds. Would the compressor cycling on/off cause this or a fuel filter? It's almost time to change them anyway. It's too consistent and far a apart for me to think injector. I also didn't notice before the tune was put on but that doesn't mean it wasn't there before.
