Will deletes and a tune fix my problem?

I have a 2008 f350 lariat. I have had it for two years now and put 30000km on it and recently for work I was idling a lot and my dpf got plugged up I think. I have lost a lot of power have no turbo boost it feels like its in limp mode. Check engine light came on but wasn't flashing and it was still telling me to drive to clean filter. I made it home with the truck and ran my carMD code reader and it came back as emissions problem? I have bought a spartan phalanx tuner and turbo back exhaust with dpf delete and an egr delete kit. Will this fix my problem?

Need to know what codes came up to accurately give you an opinion on this.

At 300,000kms the DPF is likely on it's way to being soot loaded.

Where are you located?

I forget what codes came up exactly. There was 4 of them. One was for my tire pressure since I have aftermarket wheels and tires when I did my lift. Another was from my abs and two are from the egr. It was the same code but I got it twice. My diesel tech tells me the deletes will fix my problem. I'm in Alberta Canada. Truck has only got 153000 km's on it.
