Broken Y coolant pipe during egr delete

Well I broke the pipe and didn't figure it out until we started putting coolant back in and it was pouring in the floor. Just incase anyone else does this the part number is 8c3z-8592-L it took me about 30mins last night to find it so I thought I'd post it up here incase anyone needed it.

I didn't pry to hard, I still don't know how I broke it. Mine had a chip gone in the corner of the middle mounting bracket just to the upper left of where the bolt goes through. The tube itself was fine.
