Power Surge between 1700-2100 Rpms

I have a six speed 6.4 liter 2008 ford f250. when driving down the road between about 1700-2100 rpms it starts to surge or give like a jerking filling until you go above or below this rpm. Shows no codes when on computer and does have the EGR delete kit and 4" exhaust with H&S programmer. Even when removing the programmer it doesn't change No one seems to know how to fix it Anyone have any ideas?

Put the tuner on mild and see if it does it. I think I had the same problem. That seemed to work.

Are the coolers just deleted or the coolers and egr valve. The h&s on easy still actuates the egr valve. I felt the same thing. I changed the tune to mild and it stopped. So in my issue (still have full egr) it had to do with that.

Just an off chance, But are you running the Mini Max & if so what firmware version?. There was a surge issue addresed @ version 6.4.41 Oct 10 2012.

this issue was also addressed for the XRT Pro (6.4.19) & for the Black Max (6.4.38)

Check the EBP tube for plugging/freezing as well.
