Loss of power in 6.4

Ok this may already be on here but I haven't seen it yet. I was just coming home ad was going about 50-55 and decided to speed up a little and when I pushed the accelerator the engine starting cutting out real bad and then the little engine light came on. I was able to drive 60 all the way home but there wasn't any power if I tried to floor it, it would barely accelerate at all.

Any ideas? Its a 2008 with only 86k miles.

Could be hundreds of different things. Hpfp, fuel filters. If the check engine light came on then there will be a code. Are you tuned or do you have a scan tool to read diagnostic codes. That will give you your answer.

THIS SAME THING JUST HAPPEND TO ME LAST NIGHT. Gave it a little throttle then cut out and cleaning EXAUST light would keep coming on and off constantly . Turbo gauge is jumping all over , loss of power ,smoking , and when I let off the gas I hear a
Loud turbo fart .

Stock about 88,000 miles on the truck . As of this morning nothing totally back to normal . Could it possibly be that the truck is still going threw regin mode and not fully completed ? .. Drove the truck a extra 30
Miles yesterday and noticed it all came to
A
Stop . What would this be ? Gas milage is back up aswell
