Cool DPF problems 6.4- 08 @dealers again ..still

A month ago I encountered what I thought was a turbo/downpipe exhaust leak. I had it towed to sunrise ford in Fontana,ca. they diagnosed it as a DPF soot build up and was not covered by warranty. After replacing the exhaust manifold gasket, They performed a manual regen. So $1085.00 and 100 miles later engine reduced power and threw dpf codes and will not stay running. I have it towed back to dealer and they tell me now that they can't perform a manual regen on my dpf. I feel that there is possible damage to my new exhaust manifold gasket. Any of this sound familiar? I could sure use the help and or advice as the truck is going on 2 weeks at the dealers.

sounds very familiar

I've seen filters so clogged that soot was shooting out of every single orifice in front of it... every gasket/joint/etc. even the temperature sensors!
