Oil leak

I have been fighting an oil leak for almost a year now. Need some advice
I have an 09 f250 ccsb 6.4. The dealer has already replaced the cam sensor o ring and last time it was in the took the entire front of the engine apart thinking the leak was originating at the front and seeping along the block (they replaced all the seals along the front of the block). The dealer has put die in it three separate times and have said they are unable to find the origin of the oil. Now the leak is back again.
They cleaned the entire engine really well and when I looked under it today I have a film of oil on the lower back side of the block on the passenger side. It appears to start somewhere just above the starter. The back passenger bottom corner of the block is covered and there appears to be a slight film of oil along the top half of the bed plate along the passenger side. If let go the oil builds up on the lower bolt to the starter but is not enough to drip, just gets all over the place.
My question is has anyone experienced an oil leak similar and what could be the origin of a leak like this??

Rear cover or bed plate gasket, possibly upper oil pan gasket as well.

Power wash the **** out of everything, and put it on the hoist. Pull the wheel and fender liner, and have someone run it at 2000 rpm until you can see the leak.

Clean oil and fresh dye may help also.
