Max boost 32?

The most boost I can get out of my truck is 32 psi. This is both stock and when I put on a s&b intake. Everything seems to be ok and it runs good so I'm wondering what to check that could be making it not reach full boost.

I'm not sure it seems like from what I've read it's low. people say upper thirtys is normal on stock and I've also seen some say low fortys for a stock truck

32psi is good boost for a stock 6.4. People that say low 40s are nuts, I have seen it but not very often.
